Responsibilities: • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Gather financial information and generate occupancy reports for the general manager • Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, help with any questions they may have, and resolve complaints Qualifications: • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
