We’re looking for a positive and professional Night Owl/Hotel Overnight Audit agent to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. You’ll welcome late arrival guests, distribute their keys and room assignments, and perform some overnight audit tasks. Responsibilities: • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Field customer complaints when necessary • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Perform Overnight Audit Duties Qualifications: • Has previous experience or working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred • Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent Compensation: $17 hourly
