    Full-Time We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused hotel front desk agent to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. Responsibilities: • Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information • Handle customer complaints as necessary • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests’ needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests • Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information • Assist with cleaning of common areas • Fold clean laundry once a week • on call for lock outs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights (lockouts are not common. Being on call simply means you answer the phone in case there is an after hours emergency.) • Work weekends • Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 11 am-7 pm • Sat and Sun 9 am-5 pm Qualifications: • Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred • Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly + on call compensation
