Looking for an immediate hire. MUST have previous Hotel Front Desk experience and have availability to work alternating shifts. Candidate should be professional and able to handle Guest situations with a smile. MUST have own vehicle as reliable transportation Responsibilities: • Manage the reservation process • Check guests in and out, accepting payment along with appropriate deposits • Must complete all online training programs • Able to work cohesively with coworkers • Work together with housekeeping staff to make sure guest rooms are clean and ready to rent • Verify that all clean vacant rooms are entered properly into the system • Able to handle all guest situations • Answer incoming calls and questions about rates, availability, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests • Book reservations accepting credit cards to guarantee the reservations • Able to show the event space to potential clients on behalf of the Corporate Sales Manager • Assist guests by directing them to local shops and restaurants Qualifications: • Must have at least 2 years of hotel front desk experience • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • Must be able to be a team player and work well with all departments • Comfortable assisting guests over the phone as well as in person • Candidate should have strong problem-resolution skills • MUST have a professional appearance and conduct • MUST HAVE reliable transportation and be on time for your shifts • Synexis experience preferred • The position is for alternating shifts Monday through Sunday Compensation: $11 - $12 hourly
