    14-21 Hours Per Week - 2-3 days per week. May include weekends. This may grow into more hours.

    Compensation: $20.32 per hour PLUS sales $10 BONUS for each room rented. $1000 BONUS AFTER 90 DAYS!

    Day Shifts are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Swing shifts are 5:00 PM to 12:00 midnight

    Requirements:

    As a Front Desk Representative you will serve as the first point of contact for the hotel and be responsible for front desk operations, handling customer requests, answering phones and laundry.

    Job Functions, Unique Duties and Responsibilities:

    Functions include but not limited to the following:

    • Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.

    • Issues room key to guest, exchange guest linen and do laundry.

    • Responsible for proper key control and other security measures.

    • Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services and registration of guests.

    • Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts. Makes photocopies if needed.

    • Computes bill, collects payment, and makes change for guests.

    • Checks out guests.

    • Receives and resolves guest complaints in a manner consistent with company policy.

    • Confers and cooperates with other departments as needed to ensure coordination of activities.

    • Adheres to all safety procedures and informs management of any unsafe conditions. *Other duties may be assigned based on company needs. *Must be fluent in English *Must be able to work in US legally. *Good communications skills. *Being responsible with tasks and schedule given. *Honest and reliable. *Capable of accurately handle cash and charges
