We’re in search of a hotel front desk manager that will provide exceptional service, so every guest who stays with us becomes a repeat customer. You’ll be the face of the operation and the first person guests see when they come through the doors. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met. Responsibilities: • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies • Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED) • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $15 - $16 Hourly
