Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

You will lead operations at the front desk, act as the first point of contact for guests, and cultivate staff members who will go above and beyond our high customer satisfaction standards. Responsibilities: • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Manage the hiring, training, and supervision of all front office staff members, and ensure they’re providing exceptional guest service and uphold hotel policies • Hold responsibility for the front desk budget and order any necessary office supplies • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Compile occupancy reports and financial information for the general manager Qualifications: • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills Compensation: $15 - $17 hourly
