    We’re in search of a hotel front desk supervisor that will provide exceptional service, so every guest who stays with us becomes a repeat customer. You’ll be the face of the operation and the first person guests see when they come through the doors. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met. Responsibilities: • Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest • Engage with hotel guests in person and over the phone, help with any questions they may have, and resolve complaints • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed · Foster a positive and supportive work environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and leading by example.· Collaborate effectively with other departments and team members to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.· Supervise current front desk staff and assist with the hiring and training of new team members to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to hotel policies. Qualifications: • Prior hospitality experience of 1 year is required for this position • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills • Marriott experience preferred • Previous supervisor or lead experience preferred • Must have flexible availability, including weekends and evenings Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly
