You’ll be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Responsibilities: • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Oversee all operations at the front desk and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction for every guest • Supervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they’re providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policies • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed Qualifications: • Bookkeeping skills and experience with MS Office a plus • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position • Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills Compensation: $21 - $24 hourly
