Responsibilities: • Lead operations at the front desk and make sure guests have an exceptional stay • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Hire, train, and supervise front desk staff, including concierge, front desk agents, and ensure they provide excellent guest services and enforce hotel policies • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints Qualifications: • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role • High school diploma or equivalent certification required (GED) • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills • Proficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, strongly desired Compensation: $50,000
