    We’re in search of a Hotel Front Desk Manager that will provide exceptional service, so every guest who stays with us becomes a repeat customer. You’ll be the face of the operation and the first person guests see when they come through the doors. You’ll be responsible for supervising staff, interacting with guests, and ensuring our high standards for customer satisfaction are met. Responsibilities: • Make sure to adhere to the front desk budget and put in orders for office supplies as needed • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Supervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to make sure they’re providing excellent customer service and implementing hotel policies • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction Qualifications: • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired • Have superb communication skills, management skills, and multitasking skills • 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry • Over 2 years of experience in office management in the hospitality industry as a front desk supervisor or similar position Compensation: $16 - $17 hourly
