    Position Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all facets of operations at Anna & Bel. This pivotal role involves collaboration with our leadership team including Chef Partner, restaurant leadership, hotel leadership as well as hotel and restaurant teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management and a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate for this role brings a minimum of 5 years leadership in a General Manager position or higher, having led both hotel and restaurant teams. Experience in an urban luxury atmosphere is a bonus. The available role will take the lead on driving success by surpassing planned project objectives for both revenue and profit, development of all team members including leadership team, a commitment to the local community, as well as enhancing the guest and employee experience. It is crucial for this candidate to have the capability to lead strategically, look ahead, and provide detailed financial analytics not only creating budgets but assessing performance to budget, as well as driving profitability and efficiency. The right leader for this position is a self-led driver, familiar with complex and high volume luxury operations who operates with integrity. They possess the skills to communicate effectively up, down and laterally to a diverse group. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a highly creative environment, committed to the local community while also setting industry trends rather than following them. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Management: Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all hotel operations, ensuring alignment with Lark Hotels' standards and values. • Guest Experience: Foster a culture of excellence in guest service, continuously seeking ways to enhance the guest experience. • Team Development: Support and mentor the Hotel and restaurant teams, Chef, promoting professional growth, accountability, proficiency and a positive workplace environment. • Financial Accountability: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficient resource allocation. Anticipate business needs and proactively implement strategies to exceed projected targets, ensuring profitability. • Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel, while engaging with the local community to build strong relationships. • Operational Excellence: Implement and refine operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality. • Owner Relations: Manage the relationship with ownership to align on creative activations, branding initiatives, and long-term vision. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Manager or related roles with a proven proficiency in Food and Beverage and a strong focus on operations. • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences. Compensation: $115,000 - $140,000 yearly
