Qualifications: • Experience in hotel management, with roles such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Front Office Supervisor. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • A proven track record of driving results in revenue growth, cost management, and guest satisfaction. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of branded hotel standards (experience with Choice Hotels is a plus). • A hands-on approach and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. • Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement effective strategies. Compensation: $52,000 - $68,000 yearly
