Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all hotel departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences are delivered consistently • Monitor and control the financial performance of the hotel through budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization efforts • Address customer complaints and issues promptly to uphold high standards of guest service both internally and externally • Develop and implement strategies based on performance metrics and trends to improve revenue, reduce costs, and enhance guest satisfaction • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal laws, as well as hotel policies and procedures Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management • Knowledge of hotel operations, personnel management, budgeting, and financial procedures • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills • US Work Authorization Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
