Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage daily hotel operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional guest experiences. • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue performance. • Oversee financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. • Foster a strong team culture centered on growth, accountability, and service excellence. • Recruit, train, and develop staff to uphold the hotel’s standards and values. • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies for continuous improvement. • Ensure adherence to brand standards and local regulations. • Work closely with ownership to align property goals and track performance metrics. • Proactively address operational challenges and respond to guest concerns. Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry. • Comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financials. • Strong leadership and team-building abilities, focused on achieving results. • Ability to stay organized and efficient under pressure. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, guests, and the management company. • Experience with IHG brand standards is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. • Proficiency in hotel management software and tools. Compensation: $52,000 - $68,000 yearly
