As the general manager, you will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, task assignment, and coaching/counseling our staff. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them • Inspire your staff through leadership, vision, and operational strategies that drive financial success by providing exceptional guest service • Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized • Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities • Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds Qualifications: • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000
