Responsibilities: • Lead a complete renovation of the hotel • Hire and build a strong hotel team • Motivate the staff to provide outstanding service and exceed customer expectations • Ensure the property is operated according to regulations and industry standards • Foster a "We Run it Like We Own It" mindset and culture • Manage finances, including revenue, cost management, and profitability metrics • Ensure effective communication among team members and promote their development and goal achievement • Provide guidance on problem-solving initiatives and decision-making Qualifications: • At least two years of experience in leadership or management roles within the hospitality industry • Sound financial acumen and proven ability to balance revenue, cost, and profitability • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, such as verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building • Proven aptitude to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams • In-depth expertise in current industry trends, practices, and regulations • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office and hotel-related programs Compensation: $38,000 - $54,000 yearly
