The General Manager (GM) is primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel in accordance with our vision, mission statement, and core values. The General Manager’s responsibilities include the maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards. The General Manager is also responsible for the hiring and training of all hotel staff. As a leader, we’re looking for a self-starter and understand the position requires 24-hour availability Responsibilities: • Lead staff training meetings and ensure operational checklists and safety protocols are followed. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. • Perform administrative duties, such as payroll, bank deposits, and completing operational checklists. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards. • Conduct daily check-ins with department teams and lead training meetings to uphold service standards. Qualifications: • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage teams effectively. • 1 -3 years of previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or department manager preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Compensation: $50,000
