Responsibilities: • Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success • Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds • Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized • Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities • Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them • Facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and a timetable of action for hotel department leaders that meets overall hotel goals • Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized • Inspire your staff through leadership, vision, and operational strategies that drive financial success by providing exceptional guest service • Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities Qualifications: • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Must have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills • High school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role • Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field • Must be Marriott Qualified and have Marriott GM Experience Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
