The Hotel General Manager (GM) leads all aspects of the hotel’s operations, ensuring financial success, guest satisfaction, and team development while upholding our mission, vision, and values. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, self-starting individual with 24/7 availability to ensure excellence across all departments. Responsibilities: • Oversee budgets, maximize revenue, and manage financial records to achieve financial goals. • Inspect guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company standards. • Conduct daily check-ins with department heads to align on priorities and maintain operations. • Be present on property during shift changes to communicate priorities and support the team. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards.
