    General Manager Opportunity – SureStay by Best Western Miles City The SureStay by Best Western Miles City, formerly the Best Western War Bonnet Inn, is a 53-room hotel seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, improve guest experience, and drive performance. The hotel came under new ownership and management on March 17, 2025. It currently operates as a SureStay by Best Western and will convert back to Best Western in the coming months. Positioned in the heart of Miles City along I-94, the hotel serves a steady mix of business and leisure travelers with demand tied to agriculture, transportation, and energy. Who We’re Looking For This role is a strong fit for: General Managers who want to be part of a growing company with a solid track record. • Front Office Managers, Supervisors, or Assistant General Managers ready to step into a leadership role with a company that develops from within. Responsibilities: • Lead daily hotel operations to deliver an outstanding guest experience. • Inspire, support, and guide the team to create a positive and productive work environment. • Drive revenue growth, control expenses, and improve overall profitability. • Ensure the hotel meets brand standards and operates at the highest level of quality. • Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Focus on guest satisfaction by addressing feedback and enhancing the overall experience. • Build strong connections with team members, guests, and the local community. • Partner with Structure Hospitality to achieve the hotel’s goals and contribute to its success. Qualifications: • Experience in hotel management, with roles such as General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Front Office Manager, or Front Office Supervisor. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. • A proven track record of driving results in revenue growth, cost management, and guest satisfaction. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Knowledge of branded hotel standards (experience with Choice Hotels is a plus). • A hands-on approach and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. • Ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and implement effective strategies. Compensation: $48,000 - $58,000 yearly
