We have a comprehensive benefit package that includes: • 401k w/5% Company Match! • Generous PTO Package • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life & Short Term Disability • Discount Program Responsibilities: • Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized • Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them • Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success • Construct and manage a straightforward and effective marketing strategy to promote the hotel's services and amenities • Enhance the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms, public areas, and surrounding grounds Qualifications: • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role • 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
