The Groundsman Innkeeper Position is responsible for the physical upkeep of the property, including maintaining the grounds and parking lots, collecting trash, blowing leaves, cleaning porches etc, as well as performing assigned housekeeping tasks. This is a service oriented position and requires good interpersonal communication skills and friendly professionalism while attending to guest requests. You are required to respect the privacy of our guests and are entrusted with the safekeeping of our guest’s belongings.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in hotel housekeeping or related experience preferred

• Able to walk hallways and perimeter of property
• Able to twist, bend, reach and pull
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
