Endeavor Hospitality Group, a boutique hotel management company is seeking an ambitious, polished team player to be the Group Coordinator of a new and exceptionally designed Courtyard Marriott, located in the dynamic Hudson Yards district! This is the perfect location, only one avenue away from the Jacob Javits Center, a few blocks from Madison Square Garden and the Highline along with numerous major corporate headquarters! Endeavor Hospitality Group was founded by entrepreneurial developers who have been deeply and passionately rooted in the New York real estate market for decades. We are looking for a highly skilled, ambitious administrator to support our growth and see the opportunity for their own development Responsibilities: What you will be doing: • Coordinate group reservations and special requests to guarantee a smooth guest experience • Serve as the primary point of contact for group clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner • Collaborate with sales, front desk, and catering teams to ensure all group needs are met • Prepare and maintain accurate booking documentation, contracts, and billing information • Assist in event planning and execution, coordinating with various departments to meet client specifications • Monitor group arrivals and departures, tracking key metrics and reporting on performance • Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with clients and guests Qualifications: • Marriott Brand experience is highly preferred • Responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving • Previous customer service and administrative experience • Strong organizational skills, exceptional verbal and writing abilities • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience in digital systems and reporting i.e. Delphi, PMS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. • Be a team player with a high level of dedication and perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs • College degree is strongly preferred Compensation: $27 - $29 hourly
