The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the booking and management of group lodging arrangements for corporate clients, events, and special occasions. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in hotel coordination, group sales, or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
