    The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities: • Manage scheduling, assignments, and productivity to meet labor and budget goals • Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction. • Conduct inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality and cleanliness standards. • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience.
