We’re hiring a Hotel housekeeping supervisor to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests. You’ll be responsible for leading the housekeeping staff, ensuring team members perform their job duties to our high standards, and keeping the housekeeping department well-stocked with cleaning supplies. Responsibilities: • Supervise housekeeping staff as they perform daily assignments, including cleaning all guest rooms and public areas • Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed • Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction • Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget • Create housekeeping boards in FOSSE, assigning scheduled cleaners appropriate work. Support staff in completing assigned tasks. Step in when necessary. • Ensure the timely completion of the deep cleaning schedule and its documentation, coordinating with maintenance staff Qualifications: • Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment • Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service • 3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position • A High school diploma or GED is required • At least 2+ years experience in hospitality or guest services Compensation: $17 - $18.5 hourly
