Responsibilities: • Strong organizing skills and able to maintain files, documents and calendars/deadlines. • Very good working knowledge of hotel accounts receivables and payables procedures. • General Cashier (cash handling) knowledge of systems and procedures. • Comprehension of chargebacks, processes procedures, controls, and how to identify problems causing chargebacks and able to interact with operations to reduce loss. • Strong customer relation skills; ability to handle complaints effectively and explain processes to guests. Also be able to work with other managers and team members within the hotel Qualifications: • Prefer 1-2 years of brand related hotel accounting and or night audit experience with OnQ POS knowledge, and knowledge of M3 a plus.
