Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations Qualifications: • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Compensation: $18 - $19 hourly
