Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance engineer to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities: • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts • Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads Qualifications: • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000 yearly
