We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary Compensation: $22 - $25 Hourly
