You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance
