You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functional, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Follow all engineering safety rules and regulations • React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Qualifications: • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed Compensation: $50,000- $65,000
