Responsibilities: • Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines • Handle maintenance issues as quickly as possible to assure guest satisfaction • Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment • Remain on-call in case of emergencies by keeping a phone on hand Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
