We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. Responsibilities: • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures Qualifications: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is required for this role • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Compensation: $17 hourly
