Responsibilities: • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria • Assist other technicians and engineers with a variety of maintenance tasks in a collaborative manner • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly Qualifications: • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required • Ability to use web-based software, including facilities maintenance software preferred Compensation: $15 - $16.50 hourly
