We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities during weekdays. The ideal candidate will have basic experience in general maintenance duties such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and HVAC repairs.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing leaking faucets, changing light bulbs, and fixing broken furniture
- Inspect and troubleshoot issues within the facility to identify and address any potential problems
- Complete work orders in a timely manner and provide updates on the status of maintenance tasks
- Monitor and maintain building systems such as HVAC, fire alarm, and security systems
- Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and notify management when supplies need to be replenished
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure the safety of staff and visitors

Requirements:
- Proven experience in general maintenance tasks
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Availability to work weekends and respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular working hours
