Responsibilities: • Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for guests. • Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and prolong the life of hotel assets. • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards. • Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols. • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks and reorder as necessary to prevent service disruptions. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in hotel maintenance or a closely related field. • Supervisory experience. • Knowledge of home maintenance practices and procedures. • Availability to work nights and weekends. • Legal authorization to work in the US. • Strong maintenance experience and skills.
