Our busy hotel is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented maintenance tech to ensure that all of our visitors have an excellent experience at our property. You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. Responsibilities: • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment • Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Tend to all of the hotel's equipment and conduct preventive maintenance routines Qualifications: • You should have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary
