Responsibilities: • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Qualifications: • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent GED • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role Compensation: $15.50 hourly
