Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Conduct preventive maintenance on all guest rooms Qualifications: • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Applicants should have knowledge of air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Must have graduated from high school/received GED or equivalent • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills Compensation: $16 hourly
