Responsibilities: • Record when any equipment was serviced and repairs were made • Manage other maintenance requests as required • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairs • Plan and implement preventative maintenance procedures to maximize equipment operations and minimize safety risks • Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, walls, and perform necessary repairs • Conduct preventive maintenance on all guest rooms Qualifications: • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems • Needs to have availability to respond on nights and weekends to on-call maintenance requests • Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills • Has high school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques Compensation: $16 hourly
