We're searching for an experienced manager to help manage plan and oversee the hotel's day-to-day operations. When the general manager is unavailable, you will be in charge of supervising personnel, dealing with client problems, and ensuring that our customers enjoy a 5-star experience. A bachelor's degree in hospitality management and three years of managerial experience in the hospitality business are strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Consult with the general manager to ensure that all guest service standards are met daily • Facilitates management of the hotel's human resources functions, such as HR administration, turnover control, staff motivation, and employee development and retention • Recommend improvements that will improve the hotel profitability by analyzing department performance and identifying problem areas • Manage compliance with company or brand established policies and procedures and any local, state, and federal laws and regulations • Compose an annual budget in coordination with department heads and the general manager, and perform audits throughout the year to ensure profitability Qualifications: • You must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or a related field • You must have previous experience in a manager role overseeing a team, preferably in a hospitality role • Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest-focused mentality • Showcase exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • You must have 3 or more years of experience working in the hospitality field Compensation: $35,000 to $ $45,000 yearly
