    We have an exciting opportunity for someone looking to lead our team and provide the best service for our guests as the next general manager of our busy hotel. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hotel department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them • Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success • Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel's services and amenities • Establish the hotel's reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep • Design a budget that guarantees customer satisfaction and quality of services while keeping expenses controlled and profit margins maximized • Facilitate strategic planning, objectives, and a timetable of action for hotel department leaders that meets overall hotel goals Qualifications: • This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • 5+ years of experience working in a hotel or the hospitality industry required • A proven record of experience managing a team, preferably in the hospitality field, is required • Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities • Must be Marriott Qualified and have Marriott GM Experience Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
