Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required, but guest service experience is highly preferred. Responsibilities: • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager • Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed • Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requested • Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay • Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process • Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications: • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required • Overnight shift; requires flexible hours • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired • Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift • Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria Compensation: $14.50 hour
