Job Description

Position requires extensive national travel. Must have Full Service Hotel Management Operations Experience. Pay range $70,000 to $80,000.

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Field Operations Manager to oversee and support multiple hospitality establishments across the country. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient operations across locations, maintain high service standards, and drive profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Hotel Operations Manager Job Duties

• Oversee operational efficiency across multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.).
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Conduct site visits to assess operational effectiveness, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability for various locations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Lead and mentor staff across different locations, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably with multi-site management experience.
• Experience managing Hotel Front Office, Housekeeping, Facilities and Food and Beverage
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide.
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and revenue generation.
