Playing a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, you will supervise the hotel's daily activities to ensure smooth guest interactions and efficient operational flow. Responsibilities: • Supervise the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless and efficient guest experience. • Provide training and guidance to the staff members to uphold high service standards and professionalism. • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment effectively to meet the needs of the guests. • Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns. • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate activities and elevate the overall guest experience. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in overseeing hotel operations. • Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to effectively manage a team are essential for this role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are required. • Proficiency in managing budgets is a key qualification for this position. Compensation: $16 - $16.50 per hour
