Benefits: • Employee Rate at IHG Hotels • Health, Dental, Vision, and Term Life Insurance • Paid Time Off • Free On-Site Parking • Free Employee Meals • Employee Referral Program • Discounted KAT Bus Passes Responsibilities: • Make sure the bell desk is always neat and tidy • Greet guests when they arrive and leave the hotel • Carry luggage for guests from their vehicle up to their room in a safe and professional way • Answer guest requests and assist with other duties as assigned such as bringing up room service, delivering mail and dry cleaning, and checking luggage for storage • Support the front desk staff and bell captain with check-in and responding to guest requests • Valet guests vehicles as needed Qualifications: • At least 1 year of previous experience in hospitality as a bell attendant, concierge, or similar customer service position • Must be able to lift over 25 pounds and stand for long periods • Applicants must have excellent communication and customer service skills • This position requires a flexible schedule that includes availability to work weekends and holidays • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED • Must be 21 years of age and older and have a valid driver's license Compensation: $15 hourly + tips
