The Regional Director of Sales is responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies across all hotels, with a focus on the Group, Business Travel, Contract, and Catering Segments. This role will also support the growth of third-party management contracts by promoting our expertise to prospective owners, participating in RFPs and pitch meetings, and fostering strong relationships with asset managers and owners. Responsibilities: • Partner with the VP of Sales & Marketing to enhance client relationships and lead generation. • Oversee and execute sales strategies customized to portfolio and hotel-specific needs. • Maintain accurate reporting of performance metrics for ownership groups. • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals. • Represent our property in industry panels, advisory boards, and brand-related opportunities. Qualifications: • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Ability to travel as required, up to 80% of the time. • Minimum of 5 years of senior-level sales and marketing experience in a multi-brand hotel management environment. Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000 yearly
