We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Manager to optimize hotel revenue through data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: • Ensure hotel pricing and distribution strategies align with brand standards and market conditions. • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and guide hotel teams through budgeting processes. • Monitor market trends, demand forecasts, and competitor pricing to optimize rates. • Conduct revenue meetings and communicate pricing strategies to hotel teams. • Monitor and evaluate hotel performance through reports such as STR and segmentation reports. Qualifications: • Willingness to attend industry events and represent our brand. • Strong understanding of market segmentation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels. • Ability to oversee multiple properties and adapt to changing market conditions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis. • Strong analytical skills with experience using revenue management systems and market analysis tools. Compensation: $70,000 - $75,000 yearly
